Owners Corporations must consider the coverage options dependant on their particular building and its amenities.All residential stratas will require cover for their buildings replacement and temporary accomodation or loss of rent for occupiers and landlords. There may also be common area contents such as carpets and furnishings that need to be covered. Some building have lifts and airconditioning systems that have motors that need to be covered. Swimming pools spas and saunas along with gyms and excerise equipment may also need cover.
